Bio SlimDisk makes USB Flash drives that use biometric to unlock the drive. Since it doesn't need a driver, it works on MacOS X, Windows, and Linux. However I don't think the drive encrypts the data, it just lock and unlocks based on biometric profile. But I might be wrong.
