Stupid question...

I have a machine for personal use that uses TPM-less BitLocker. I want to
change the startup key (stored on a USB stick) for that machine, yet I
don't see a way to do it via the interface or the command line
(manage-bde.wsf). This is ridiculous! There's gotta be an easy way to do
this. Ideas?
