This is OT for this list, but I hope the Amish win and win convincingly. The NAIS is nothing but the kind of surveillance you don't want there even to be a mechanism to accomplish married to an economic model that says small producers are the enemy, proven if no other way than that factory farms are exempt. I am a farmer in what I prefer to call my real life and I can go on about this for as long as you can remain standing. Yes, I mean that as "You can trust me or you can trust the Dept. of Agriculture channeling for Homeland Security."
