One important consideration that hasn't yet come up. We now have two goals:

1. Publish a revision of SD-6 that covers C++17.
2. Get WG21 to approve the technical content of SD-6.

My guess is that people have been assuming that the C++17 revision of SD-6 
would be approved by WG21, but I'd just like to point out that that would 
probably delay the revision, at least somewhat, and it would be worth 
explicitly considering whether that's the way we want to do it.

The alternative would be to have just SG10 approve the next revision, as we 
have done for all previous revisions, with the expectation that WG21 would 
approve all subsequent revisions.

In other words, we need to explicitly consider and decide how to sequence our 
goals.
