Try removing /var/lib/mock/cache/fedora-rawhide-x86_64 and see if that fixes it. If not we'll have to dig a little deeper. I'm about to push mock-0.9.14-1 for f10 (it's on rawhide now) and since that moves the cache directory from /var/lib/mock/cache to /var/cache/mock you'll have to rebuild caches again anway. I've been meaning to add that cache clean option. Guess I need to move that up the priority list...
