With F11, I have found that I also had to remove /var/lib/rpm/Packages
when doing anything in an EL5 chroot that mucks with the rpmdb. e.g.
Building ISOs with Revisor. (My Makefile also does '/bin/rpm
--rebuilddb' before executing Revisor)
