Hi Richard and Vincenzo, I just got a demo of it and wanted to confirm that the new web-based admin gui *will* allow direct editing of RELS-EXT. The plan is to release that with Fedora 3.2 (early spring, we'll have a date as we get closer). In the meantime, the existing admin gui's "import" function is the most reliable way I know of to affect the content of RELS-EXT without having to write code.
