I did some digging to verify this tonight and found that every major
app server that's actively developed (with a release in the last year)
supports J2SE 6 and at least servlet 2.5 in their latest versions.
This includes:

JEE App Servers:
  Geronimo 2.1.4
  Glassfish 2.1.1 and 3.0
  JBoss 5.1.0.GA
  JOnAS 5.1.1
  WebLogic 11g/10.3.2
  WebSphere WAS/WASCE 7/2.2.1.3

Servlet containers:
  Jetty 7.0.1
  Tomcat 6.0.20

Note that since Oracle bought WebLogic from BEA, they're transitioning
users of the old OAS/OC4J ("10g") to 11g, aka WebLogic 10.3.2.

Also, since Fedora runs as a POW (plain old webapp), I only considered
J2SE 6 compatibility with these appservers; not JEE. But it's worth
noting that the above full-blown app servers are all up to JEE 5 now.
