I am the link for this work which is funded.  We need a place to track 
"community projects" when there is close linkage and which inform the 
work of the core.  Often this will be plug-ins and middleware.  Can we 
consider moving items like this to the Fedora Create Community project 
under a useful component like "Storage Plug-ins"?  The Fedora Create 
Community project is not really being used but it could be useful to 
seed it.  Also is the Community Support project relevant anymore?
