Fedora's source code hosting has changed from sourceforge to github - take a
look here:  https://github.com/fcrepo/fcrepo

If you're interested in the REST API you might want to look at a Java client
that uses the REST API - https://github.com/mediashelf/fedora-client

I personally find this tool useful - http://code.google.com/p/rest-client/ -
it's a utility to let you manually execute REST API methods and see the
responses.  You can use it to test out the Fedora REST API.
