Hi Mikko,

Islandora is a common framework for Fedora-backed repositories: 
http://islandora.ca/. It combines Drupal with Fedora via a number of Drupal 
modules and includes Solution Packs for additional functionality. There are 
some implementations in the Netherlands and Denmark, as well as elsewhere in 
Europe and lots in North America.
