Dear all,

We have run Fedora 3.4 for years. Recently we found a quite weird case: If
Fedora is shutdown properly, it only takes less than 1 minute to restart it.
But if Fedora is shutdown improperly (such as Fedora is crashed or killed),
it will take 20 minutes for tomcat to deploy Fedora.

We are wondering if anyone can give us some ideas on: what exactly Fedora is
doing/checking when restarting after an abnormal stop, why this happened,
and how we can solve it.

Thanks a lot,

Nianli
