Just to follow up, there's a commit in master (nb, not the RC branch) that
does this in config A (it runs the SQL rebuilder). I could easily rig this
to run the RI rebuilder in config C- that would help the testing along, too
maybe? If we haven't checked al the boxes on the test plan by Thursday's
call, I'll patch that in.
