Hi Ahmed,
The format value you're looking for is info:fedora/fedora-system:FOXML-1.1.
You can also use other formats for ingest as noted in the docs (
http://www.fedora-commons.org/documentation/3.0/userdocs/server/webservices/apim/index.html#methods.ingest
).
