Currently using piwik.org - think of it as a hackable OS form of Google analytics, but where you keep your own data. Obviously, this uses javascript in the web ui in front of the open fedora instance, but it's decent enough :) Makes for pretty graphs and brings a few more stats that are unavailable from more traditional - read access log parsing - routes, such as a user's screen size, installed plugins and extensions,
The app itself has a good API, so machine readable values for the statistics are available - e.g. a simple curl/wget on a given URL could get the number of downloads in a day for a given url/pid in json format for example. It's also extensible.
