Hi Martin,
The location of the datastream store can be set using
the datastream_store_base parameter in the Fedora configuration file
($FEDORA_HOME/server/config/fedora.fcfg).
As Arne pointed out, the default value is data/datastreams, but you can
adjust this as needed to point to other file system locations.
