We'd like to run a Fedora 3.1 instance without using SSL for API-M.
We're having trouble getting Tomcat (6.0.18) configured correctly.
We've turned off all the Tomcat SSL Connectors but found that HTTP
GETs to Fedora, e.g.

http://hostname:8080/fedora

are redirected to:

https://hostname/fedora

which is obviously not the behavior we want. Is there some Fedora
specific-behavior for which we haven't accounted? I noticed some ports
being configured in fedora.fcfg. Do we need to rearrange those?

I know that there's a question in the installer that asks about API-M
and https. Do we need to rerun the installer, or can we fix this post-
install?
