Hi, I am trying to set up OAI provider service for my repository, and found the ³OAI Provider Service 1.2² at http://www.fedora-commons.org/confluence/display/FCSVCS/OAI+Provider+Service +1.2 . I installed the product according to the instruction, but when I call http://localhost:8080/oaiprovider/?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc , I got the following:
<OAI-PMH xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/ http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/OAI-PMH.xsd";> <responseDate>2009-06-24T18:34:05Z</responseDate> <request verb="ListRecords" metadataPrefix="oai_dc">http://localhost:8080/oaiprovider/</request> <error code="cannotDisseminateFormat">the metadataPrefix is unrecognized</error> </OAI-PMH> Has anyone seen this before? I checked the configuration file in this package and it seems that the ³oai_dc² format is there. Thanks. Jane
