Answering myself here - copying log4j.jar and commons-logging.jar into the
tomcat/common/lib directory got rid of all these errors

Encountering problems installing oaiprovider-1.1.1 on my windows XP machine.
Using Fedora 2.2.4. The demo objects weren't in the file I downloaded, so I
haven't installed those, but otherwise have followed all installation
instructions. Here's the various errors -
* Tomcat is throwing errors on startup for all wars, immediately after
deploying oaiprovider.war -

(although it doesn't find any records - understandable at this point, since
there were no demo objects loaded???? We do have other objects loaded, all with
a RELS-EXT) -
