Hi,

I am attempting to install the OAIProvider Service on Fedora. I have followed
the instructions at
http://www.fedora-commons.org/confluence/display/FCSVCS/OAI+Provider+Service+1.2
and have successfully ingested the test objects. However, when I restart
Tomcat I receive an error referring to Identify.xml:

> Caused by: java.io.IOException: Request failed [404 Not Found] :

I have read that this Identify.xml may need to be manually created as a
datastream. Does anybody know what Identify.xml should look like?

I am also receiving an error when attempting to call
http://localhost:8080/oaiprovider/?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc
Here is the browser output:

> <OAI-PMH xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/
> http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/OAI-PMH.xsd";>
> <responseDate>2009-11-04T03:06:40Z</responseDate>
> <request verb="ListRecords"
> metadataPrefix="oai_dc">http://localhost:8080/oaiprovider/</request>
> <error code="cannotDisseminateFormat">the metadataPrefix is
> unrecognized</error>
> </OAI-PMH>

Has anybody an idea as to what the problem might be?

Stephen.
