We did create the SCORM repo for a partner. It can be seen at:
http://rollr.ca/
It has not had any work since the initial version which you see here, but we
would be interested in doing more, including some integration with systems like
Moodle. This version takes a SCORM object, extracts the metadata, maps it to DC
and stores everything in Fedora. This site is also one of the few we
implemented with a direct sync between the assets in Fedora and the Drupal
filesystem.
We would be interested in enhancing the system and moving it to more recent
Islandora code if there is interest from anyone.
