What a blast from the past. At the very least, it needs to be updated to use 
the new org.fcrepo package namespace.

I have no idea if the handle library it uses can still talk to current handle 
servers.

Maybe I'll stick this up on GitHub later.

Bonus points if anyone can dig up the org.nsdl.repository.handle source. It's 
as if there was a concerted effort to remove all traces of past NSDL code from 
the web :P
