Remi, What is the value of the ENFORCE-MODE parameter in your fedora.fcfg file? Are you enforcing XACML policies? If so, you'll need a policy for the request (assuming login:password is not fedoraRole administrator. I have to admit I'm not familiar with that form of a URL). If you are enforcing policies (and you're not trying this on a production repository; I assume you're not) you can change ENFORCE-MODE to permit-all-requests temporarily, to test your METS request.
