Lead Technical Support

Salary Level 8: A$84K - A$95K per year (plus 17% employer superannuation and 
leave loading)

UNSW Library is looking for a creative and energetic Lead, Technical Support to 
advance the development of digital library repositories and other, wider 
digital library innovations.

The successful applicant will head a small team of highly skilled technical 
staff to specify, design, and implement digital library innovations, 
leveraging, where possible, existing applications.  He/she will have an 
outstanding ability to interact across a complex organisation to understand 
business needs and deliver solutions to meet those needs.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week) continuing position

UNSW Library is seeking 3 talented, enthusiastic and committed Technical 
Support Officers to work in its Application Support Unit and its Library 
Repository Services unit. Two positions are located in Application Support, and 
the third will be half time in each unit.

These skilled professionals will work collaboratively and creatively with 
Library colleagues and other areas of the University to specify, design, 
develop, implement and maintain digital library services and systems that meet 
usability standards and, interoperate or integrate with other university 
systems.

These are full-time (35 hours per week) continuing positions.
