Hi all,

Does anyone know the status of this feature request for Http 1.1 support for
range requests (https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/FCREPO-182)?

We use fedora for storing audio/video content in managed datastreams and then
provide access through progressive download. However the lack of support for
http range requests prevents the viewer being able to skip through content in
the (html5) audio/video player. Has anyone else come up against this issue?
Will it be addressed in fedora 3.6?

Cheers,

Caroline
