Have been wondering whether there is yet a utility out there that will do batch
updates of Fedora records?
Am not talking about the batchModify directive that is built into the Fedora
Admin GUI, but a separate tool that is capable of, for example, changing all
instances of a particular datastream element to something else, e.g.
<subject>brooks</subject> to <subject>books</subject>, without having to
reupload the whole datastream?
