Ben:

I just noticed that when the policy for that object doesn't exist, a public
search for it has a different result that when the policy is active
(exists).

When there is no policy to it, a public search in the FedoraWebAdmin
returns an empty result screen; on the other hand, a search when the policy
exists returns the following error:

Error: [FaultEvent fault=[RPC Fault faultString="HTTP request error"
faultCode="Server.Error.Request" faultDetail="Error: [IOErrorEvent
type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error
#2032"]. URL:
http://10.10.4.60:8080/fedora/objects?pid=true&resultFormat=xml&terms=empid%3A1001&label=true&flash=true";]
messageId="10226131-71EE-A383-5458-51697900D107" type="fault" bubbles=false
cancelable=true eventPhase=2]

This behavior happens with the policy I've shown you and also with the
policy you told me to try.
