Yes please, FedoraProxy is probably very helpful for the 'move' problem and
also, because I'm working in Perl, it'll be helpful for Fedora REST in
general because they're pretty similar.

The problem is as you describe, except I think they may want to leave the
object in both repositories, but, if so, that's one 'less' step.
