Hello everybody,

we are in the process of upgrading Fedora from Version 3.5 to 3.7.
Right now we have the problem that externally managed datastreams
cannot be accessed by unauthenticated users anymore.

As far as I understand the documentation this behaviour is expected
when using the legacy authorization since one of the standard policies
(deny-unallowed-file-resolution) restricts access to datastreams
referenced via file URIs. However I don't really understand how this
behaviour can occur when using FeSL AuthZ because I can't find a
FESLPOLICY datastream that restricts file access.

The default policies in the REPOSITORY-POLICIES-DIRECTORY are ignored
when using FeSL, right? Is there anything I missed in the
documentation?
