I may have the wrong end of the stick, but what about the increasingly common situation where wired access to Ethernet switches is beings controlled by 802.1x authentication? I understand that NM will handle the laptop/workstation with GUI case, but what about servers? And how does NM handle static IP addresses? Keith.
