  My Sempron-based home router/storage server (which I moved from Foresight to 
F11 last week) is
kind of Athlon XP and has following:
flags           : fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic mtrr pge mca cmov pat 
pse36 mmx fxsr sse syscall mp mmxext 3dnowext 3dnow up

 So it's non-SSE2 but SSE. It's not the same league as P3.
