I suggest upgrading to the latest fedora-ds-base 1.2.0 fedora-ds-admin 1.1.7 fedora-ds 1.1.3 etc.I don't know if that will fix the problem, but we did fix a few replication related bugs between 1.1.1 and 1.2.0
