Sethu <skh...@gmail.com> 2009-11-24 11:09:19 EDT --- I tested in Ubuntu platforms the bug fixed font http://pravins.fedorapeople.org/Lohit-Tamil.ttf that Pravin points to in Comment #4 . I confirm that the bug is solved. In Ubuntu (and similarly other Debian based systms) until this bug fixed update for ttf-indic-fonts-core comes onstream we can copy the bug-fixed Lohit-Tamil.ttf to the existing font name which is lohit_ta.ttf . For example for Ubuntu the steps are as follows: >From a terminal 1.
