For what it is worth, Will Woods' python-bugzilla does what Offtrac does with Trac and he wanted to create a GUI tool based on it too. I am wondering whether it would be a good idea to create a GUI with backends for Trac and Bugzilla using Offtrac and python-bugzilla respectively.
