As a new user I hope your interest in the installation process bears fruit.
While efficient and effective, the install process is at the same time a little
off putting and confusing to someone with a (long) lifetime of Windoz behind
them.
By the same token I find the "different" things about Fedora one of the main
attractions and I wouldn't want to see Fedora "dumbed down" in any way.
As one of our previous prime ministers once famously said, life is not meant to
be easy. But maybe people like yourself with the necessary skills and passion
could give the Fedora installation program just a little love.
