I need to do a pro bono inventory control web ap. I am an experienced

out of date.
What would you recommend for a rapid development toolkit or framework
for LAMP environment?

I have been using the CakePHP MVC framework for a couple of years now.
Version 1.2 is very good. Its automatic form creation and
authentication system make it very fast to develop with. It is well
worth a look in my opinion.
