This sounds exactly like plain old Red Hat Enterprise Linux or CentOS, with added EL-5 package support from RPM Fusion. In other words, this seems like a somewhat duplicative effort. If I'm not mistaken, you could simply provide people a kickstart file they could use with the existing CentOS and RPM Fusion libraries to do this.
