Oddly enough, I find the same most of the time with Ubuntu and
ubuntoid distros; it's one reason I keep trying them, and maybe the
biggest -- along with the thought akin to yours, which I can't decide
about, that when the time comes, my widow might find Ubuntu (or, more
likely, CentOS) easier to use than Fedora.

Well, for me it went onto the machine with almost no effort from
me; but, as usual with me and ubuntoidiana, I didn't find it easy to live
with when it was there. I even had trouble trying to get it to share, to
the extent that I finally DBANned it and started over.
