Hopefully you were joking. Over 100ppm (parts per million) is pretty bad. The only board I ever had that was worse than that is the current one based on the AMD chipset. It turns out it has a "spread spectrum" modulation for the south-bridge chip and that causes quite a bit of frequency offset.
