Hi
It is impossible for me to reach a web page that uses port 2082

How do i configure SELinux to allow port 2082 ?

One of two ways, you can either allow squid to connect to any port by
turning on the squid_connect_any boolean
setsebool -P squid_connect_any 1
Or you can tell SELinux port 2082 is an http port
semanage port -a -t http_port_t 2082
