Of cause, not. Then, developers of second package released it stuff, third, forth... Yum updated, KDE updated, DeviceKit updated, R updated. Opensource world is in development, continues development. Have upgraded couple copms from 10 to 11, couple from 9 to 11 (yes, in documentation written it is not supported at all) and nothing suprising occurs.
