you need to install plymouth plugin
use this command
|su -
yum install plymouth-plugin-{fade-in,pulser,spinfinity} |
Then, set your theme as default
use this command
|su -
plymouth-set-default-plugin pluginname
*finally update your initrd*
/usr/libexec/plymouth/plymouth-update-initrd |
