mount: you must specify the filesystem type

-t option with appropriative type (vfat?).
Try 'dmesg | tail' after you've disk just inserted.
And the first place you should consalt with:
man mount
As I type this message on F9, I have an automounted/autoplay Audio
CD playing on a CD-RW drive. I switched the same Audio CD
to another CD/DVD-R/RW drive. Both drives are working.

On F11 - neither drives works for an Audio CD disc and there
are spurious errors spitting out in dmesg. Interestingly,
removable drives (ZIP) works, and DVD Video player
works.

I'd say from my standpoint - the F11 is screwed up and needs
some fixing, but I could be wrong.

Look at my solution in the Mounting CD message posted today.

My apologies, but I cannot find your solution... can you please cut/paste your solution here?
