I think it is a bad idea, because many people uses the Live CD's to install to their systems, and then they end up with a system

In my view LiveCD is meant for "on the move OS" It should not be installed to a desktop system. Well there are many ways to put the content of liveCD int ot a desktop system.
If a desktop system is needed then a fullblown Fedora should be installed.

without doc files, with no easy way to get the docs back on the systems.
