My main beef with this review was that it was mainly based on the subjective opinion about our new look. I e.g. really like it, I think it looks much more professional than anything we had before. Any real criticism sadly drowned in the sea of insults. It's a theme, say you don't like it and make some suggestions to improve it, don't harp on the "it plain sucks" line for 5 mins that's not constructive. - David
