I was adding information, not correcting you. ;-)

And I agree about our trying to regulate what should be a
self-regulating market.  If a vendor charges too much, people should
(and likely will) avoid that vendor.  Similarly, if a vendor produces
crappy media, word gets around on "the tubes."
