The problem you've found is more a bug in fpc, actually. The tDbf package isn't included/compiled on X86_64 and powerpc in fpc-2.0.2. Here's a workaround. It only compiles the basic IDE without the extra packages, like tDbf. Maybe it's even better, since some of the extra components are somewhat buggy. And if an end-user needs them, he can install them himself.
