Hmm, looking into the rawhide report and the pkgdb database, it appears that
mathgl was never built for rawhide (see also bug #529522).  This should not
happen, packages should always be built for rawhide *first*, then for the
released version, see the big warning on:

Now a broken upgrade path has been introduced.  This review bug should not be
closed until a successful rawhide/F-12 build is done.

My guess is that this lack of it being in rawhide is the cause of it not being
found via Fedora Community http://fedorahosted.org/fedoracommunity/ticket/316
