I can make a official review, but I can advise you: "strip $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/%{_bindir}/cgdb" probably is not needed, because (if I have good information) the rpmbuild does standard stripping. In %doc You must include: -AUTHORS -ChangeLog -COPYING -NEWS -README -TODO Now, You are including only REAME. I did not checked all "MUST/SHOULD", but it was not an official review.
