I'll ignore that for now, but please be sure to do it in the future. In the spec, you've got: URL: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/libcg/%{name}-%{version}.tar.bz2 Source0: libcgroup-0.1b.tar.bz2 URL is intended to point to the libcgroup website. Source0 should be the URL path to download the tarball.
